United States Privacy Rights Addendum
This addendum describes additional rights that may apply to US residents under state privacy laws. It applies only to the extent the relevant law covers VOHARI and the particular processing.
1. Categories of personal information
VOHARI may process identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or marketplace activity, approximate location/security signals, professional/business information for sellers and advertisers, inferences used for recommendations or risk controls, and limited sensitive information where needed for payments, account security, legal compliance or delivery.
2. Sources and purposes
Information comes from you, your interactions with VOHARI, sellers, payment and logistics providers, security providers, and lawful third-party verification sources. Purposes include providing transactions, preventing fraud, fulfilment, support, platform improvement, legal compliance and optional marketing or personalisation.
3. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
VOHARI does not currently enable the sale of personal information or cross-context behavioural advertising as a default platform feature. If business practices change in a way that constitutes “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising under an applicable state law, VOHARI will provide the required notices and opt-out controls before activation.
4. California rights
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to VOHARI’s processing of your information, rights may include knowing/accessing categories and specific information, deletion, correction, opting out of sale or sharing, limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
5. Other state privacy rights
Residents of other US states may have similar rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information; opt out of targeted advertising, certain sales or profiling; appeal a denied request; or limit processing of sensitive data, depending on the law and whether VOHARI meets the relevant applicability thresholds.
6. Global Privacy Control
Where a legally recognised browser opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control must be honoured, VOHARI will treat that signal as an applicable opt-out preference for supported processing. You may also record your privacy choices directly through VOHARI.
7. Children
VOHARI is a general-audience marketplace and accounts are intended for adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information online from children under 13. If COPPA applies and VOHARI learns it has collected covered information without required parental consent, appropriate deletion or parental-control steps will be taken.
8. High-volume marketplace sellers
If VOHARI becomes subject to the US INFORM Consumers Act for transactions involving high-volume third-party sellers, the platform will collect, verify and disclose seller information required by that law and provide appropriate reporting mechanisms.
9. Requests and authorised agents
Submit requests through Privacy Requests & Choices. VOHARI may verify your identity and, where required, the authority of an agent acting for you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
