Marketplace Seller Terms
These terms apply to businesses and individuals approved to sell goods on VOHARI. They operate with the Platform Terms, fee schedule, shipping rules, prohibited-products rules and applicable law.
1. Seller eligibility and verification
You must provide accurate identity, business, tax, banking and contact information requested for onboarding or compliance. VOHARI may verify information, request supporting records, suspend onboarding or restrict selling where verification is incomplete or risk concerns arise.
2. Independent seller status
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sellers are independent marketplace participants and not employees, agents or partners of VOHARI. Sellers are responsible for their own products, legal registrations, tax obligations, licences, warranties and regulatory duties.
3. Listings
Listings must accurately describe the product, condition, brand, specifications, included items, price, stock, parcel dimensions, weight, warranty, restrictions and any safety information. Sellers must have authority to sell the goods and use listing content.
4. Prohibited and restricted goods
You may not list unlawful, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, recalled or otherwise prohibited goods. Restricted categories may require prior approval, licences, age controls or additional documentation. VOHARI may remove listings or suspend selling privileges to protect customers or comply with law.
5. Stock and order acceptance
Stock information must be kept reasonably current. Sellers must not routinely accept orders they cannot fulfil. Cancellation rate, dispatch performance, delivery problems, return rate and customer complaints may influence seller reputation and marketplace controls.
6. Seller-origin fulfilment
You must maintain a valid collection profile and have paid orders packaged and ready for courier collection. The Courier Guy or another approved provider may collect directly from your registered fulfilment address. VOHARI is not the default warehouse or collection point for your stock.
7. Customer information
Customer personal information may be used only to fulfil the relevant order, manage a return, provide legally required documents, resolve support issues or comply with law. You may not use marketplace customer details for unrelated direct marketing, data enrichment, sale, profiling or off-platform solicitation without a separate lawful basis.
8. Fees and seller proceeds
Applicable subscription fees, success fees, payment costs, shipping adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, penalties authorised by these terms and other disclosed charges may be deducted from seller proceeds. VOHARI will maintain seller-finance records and will not activate unsupported payout mechanisms merely to move funds faster.
9. Consumer rights and returns
You must honour mandatory consumer remedies, the published Returns Policy and any valid product warranty. You may not impose a seller policy that gives consumers less protection than applicable law or VOHARI’s mandatory marketplace rules.
10. Product safety and recalls
You must promptly notify VOHARI of safety concerns, recalls, counterfeit allegations or regulatory action affecting listed goods and cooperate with customer notifications, listing removal, return collection and refunds.
11. Intellectual property
You warrant that listings and goods do not infringe third-party intellectual-property rights. You must respond promptly to substantiated rights-owner complaints and provide provenance or authorisation evidence where reasonably requested.
12. Seller performance and enforcement
VOHARI may warn, limit, suspend or terminate a seller for fraud, repeated cancellations, abusive customer treatment, prohibited goods, counterfeit activity, material misrepresentation, security threats, excessive policy violations or failure to honour legal obligations. Where reasonable, VOHARI may hold funds while investigating refunds, chargebacks or legal claims.
13. US-facing high-volume sellers
If VOHARI serves US consumers and a seller meets a legal high-volume threshold, additional identity verification and disclosure obligations may apply. VOHARI may require the seller to provide and keep current information needed to comply with the US INFORM Consumers Act or similar marketplace-transparency rules before continuing US-facing sales.
