Intellectual Property & Notice Policy
VOHARI does not permit counterfeit goods or unauthorised use of intellectual property. This process is available to rights owners and authorised representatives.
1. What can be reported
You may report alleged trademark, copyright, design, patent or other intellectual-property infringement affecting a listing, product image, seller content or other user-generated material.
2. Information a notice should contain
A useful notice identifies the complainant and authority to act, the protected work or right, the specific VOHARI listing or URL, the basis of the complaint, contact details, and a statement that the information supplied is accurate and submitted in good faith. VOHARI may request supporting registration, ownership or authorisation documents.
3. Review and action
VOHARI may temporarily restrict content while a credible complaint is reviewed. We may contact the seller, request provenance or authorisation evidence, remove or restore content, and preserve records. Repeat or deliberate infringement can result in seller suspension.
4. Counter-notices
A seller that believes content was restricted in error may provide a reasoned response and supporting evidence. VOHARI may restore content where appropriate, but complex ownership disputes may need to be resolved by the parties or a competent authority.
5. US copyright notices
If US copyright law applies to a particular claim, VOHARI will maintain an appropriate process for legally sufficient notices and counter-notices, including any designated-agent requirements that become applicable to VOHARI’s operations.
