Business & Advertising Terms
These terms apply to advertisers, brands and businesses using VOHARI promotional tools, sponsored placements or business services.
1. Business accounts
Business registration is currently free unless a published commercial plan says otherwise. You must provide accurate business and billing information and keep authorised-user access secure.
2. Campaign approval
Submitting a campaign does not guarantee publication. VOHARI may review creative, claims, destination pages, products, audience settings and legal compliance before approval.
3. Advertising standards
Ads must be truthful, substantiated, lawful and clearly distinguishable from organic marketplace content. Sponsored placement does not buy favourable organic ranking or immunity from seller/product policies.
4. Prohibited advertising
Advertising may be rejected for illegal goods, deceptive claims, counterfeit products, malware, discriminatory targeting, unsafe products, infringement, political manipulation, unlawful financial offers, prohibited adult content or other material inconsistent with VOHARI standards.
5. Budgets, billing and measurements
Campaign minimums, cost-per-click rates, fixed placements or other fees are shown in the Business Centre. Reporting can be affected by fraud filtering, technical errors, privacy controls and delayed events. VOHARI may invalidate suspicious traffic and adjust billing accordingly.
6. Data and targeting
Advertisers may not upload or use personal information unless authorised by VOHARI and lawful in the relevant jurisdiction. VOHARI does not currently enable unrelated third-party cross-site behavioural tracking by default. Future targeting capabilities will be governed by privacy and consent controls.
7. Intellectual property
You must have the rights necessary to use all ad creative, trademarks, images, claims and destination content. You grant VOHARI the limited rights needed to display and technically adapt approved advertising.
8. Suspension
VOHARI may pause or remove campaigns for security, policy, legal, payment or customer-protection reasons. Material or repeated violations may result in account restrictions.
