Speak Up & Ethics Reporting
VOHARI wants serious marketplace concerns reported early so they can be assessed and handled responsibly.
1. What to report
Reports may concern suspected fraud, bribery, corruption, theft, money laundering, counterfeit or stolen goods, serious product-safety risks, trafficking or forced labour, unlawful discrimination, retaliation, privacy misuse, material security abuse, falsified seller records, conflicts of interest or attempts to conceal serious misconduct.
2. How to report
Customers and registered users can start through VOHARI Support. Serious legal or ethics matters may also be sent to the legal contact published on the Legal Information page. Security vulnerabilities should use the Responsible Disclosure process instead.
3. Information that helps
Include enough detail to assess the concern: relevant seller or account, dates, order/listing references, what happened, why it appears improper and any supporting records you are lawfully entitled to provide. Do not obtain evidence by hacking, unlawful surveillance or exposing unrelated personal information.
4. Confidentiality
VOHARI will limit access to a report to people who reasonably need it for assessment, investigation, legal advice, security or required disclosure. Absolute confidentiality or anonymity cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is required by law or necessary for a fair investigation.
5. Good-faith reporting and retaliation
VOHARI will not knowingly penalise a marketplace user merely for making a good-faith report through this process. Knowingly fabricated allegations, harassment or abuse of the reporting process can themselves breach marketplace rules.
6. Emergencies and authorities
VOHARI is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger or suspected criminal conduct requiring urgent intervention, contact the appropriate emergency service or competent authority as well as VOHARI where relevant.
