Shipping & Delivery Policy
VOHARI is a marketplace, not a central warehouse. Third-party goods are normally collected directly from the seller and delivered to the buyer.
1. Seller-origin fulfilment
Each seller must maintain an accurate collection address, collection contact, return address, parcel dimensions and weight data. Unless VOHARI is expressly the seller or stock owner, VOHARI’s own office or platform address is not the collection point for the seller’s goods.
2. Multi-seller orders
A single checkout may contain goods from multiple sellers. VOHARI may create a parent customer order plus separate seller fulfilment orders. Each seller order may have a separate courier quote, collection, delivery fee, shipment identifier, waybill, tracking reference and delivery date.
3. Courier providers
VOHARI may integrate approved courier providers such as The Courier Guy/ShipLogic. Courier availability depends on service area, parcel characteristics, seller collection location and customer destination. A courier’s operational terms may also apply to transport.
4. Delivery quotes and estimates
Delivery fees shown before payment are based on the available information at quote time. Sellers must provide correct parcel dimensions and weight. If materially incorrect seller data causes an additional courier charge, VOHARI may recover the difference from the seller where allowed by the Seller Terms rather than unexpectedly charging the customer after payment.
5. Collection readiness
Sellers must package paid orders safely and have them ready within the handling time shown on the platform. Repeated missed collections, unsafe packaging or inaccurate fulfilment information may affect seller reputation or lead to restrictions.
6. Tracking
Where the courier provides tracking, VOHARI may display carrier events in the customer and seller order views. Courier tracking data can be delayed or corrected by the carrier. The seller remains responsible for handing the correct parcel to the courier and the courier is responsible for transport after collection, subject to applicable law and contract.
7. Delivery acceptance
Customers must provide a deliverable address and reasonable contact information. Delivery may be treated as completed when the parcel is handed to the customer or another person reasonably authorised to accept it at the chosen address, subject to carrier proof-of-delivery practices and applicable law.
8. Failed delivery, loss or damage
If delivery fails, is materially delayed, is lost or arrives damaged, open a VOHARI support case promptly. VOHARI will preserve the marketplace record and coordinate with the seller and courier. Consumer rights are not limited by a carrier’s internal claims process.
9. Returns logistics
Approved returns may be routed back to the seller’s registered return address, manufacturer, service agent or another authorised location. Reverse-logistics costs are allocated according to the reason for return, seller responsibility and applicable consumer law.
10. International delivery
International delivery will only be enabled for routes, sellers and product categories that VOHARI has approved. Duties, taxes, restricted goods, customs documentation and cross-border returns may require additional terms at checkout.
