Human Rights & Responsible Commerce
VOHARI expects lawful, safe and responsible commerce across the marketplace and its supply chains. This policy sets minimum marketplace expectations without pretending that a platform can eliminate every supply-chain risk.
1. Respect for human dignity
Sellers, advertisers, contractors and service providers must respect human dignity and comply with applicable labour, anti-trafficking, equality, health and safety, and human-rights laws in the places where they operate.
2. Forced labour and trafficking
VOHARI does not permit the knowing use of forced, bonded, trafficked or involuntary labour in goods or services offered through the marketplace. Sellers must not knowingly source goods produced through human trafficking or unlawful coercion.
3. Child labour
Sellers and suppliers must comply with applicable minimum-age and child-labour laws. Hazardous work involving children, unlawful exploitation and the use of children in prohibited work are not acceptable.
4. Equality and fair treatment
Marketplace participants must not engage in unlawful discrimination, harassment, violence, intimidation or retaliation. Legitimate product eligibility restrictions, safety rules and lawful age restrictions may still apply.
5. Health, safety and product responsibility
Sellers are responsible for lawful sourcing, safe working practices within their operations and products that meet applicable safety, labelling, recall and regulatory requirements. Known serious safety concerns must be reported to VOHARI promptly.
6. Responsible sourcing
VOHARI may request provenance, supplier, authenticity, safety or compliance records where risk, law or marketplace integrity justifies it. Sellers should maintain reasonable records appropriate to their products and supply chains.
7. Monitoring and enforcement
VOHARI may investigate credible concerns, request supporting information, restrict listings, suspend accounts, preserve evidence or refer matters to competent authorities where appropriate. VOHARI does not represent that every seller or upstream supplier has been independently audited unless a specific verification badge expressly says so.
8. Reporting concerns
Use the Speak Up & Ethics Reporting process to report serious labour, trafficking, safety, corruption or retaliation concerns connected to VOHARI commerce.
